“Sugarland”:will perform at the Grammy nominations concert on Dec. 2 in Los Angeles along with the Black Eyed Peas and Maxwell. The one-hour special will air live on CBS. Additional performers will be announced at a later date. CBS will telecast the Grammy Awards live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Jan. 31. This is the second year the Grammy nominations have been announced during prime time.
