19 militants, 7 troops killed in Kurram ambush

KURRAM AGENCY: Seven troops were killed and seven others went missing following an ambush by militants in Kurram Agency on Friday.
Security forces opened retaliatory fire, killing as many as 19 attackers.
The clash took place in Shaheedanon Dund area of Lower Kurram Agency along Afghan border areas.
According to sources, Taliban militants equipped with automated weapons attacked a convoy of security forces. Seven soldiers have embraced martyrdom and seven others are missing.
Security forces launched search operation in the area. TrendPK
