Asghar Khan Case, Won’t Ask Early Hearing SC: Khosa

ISLAMABAD: Attorney General Latif Khosa said Peoples Party wouldn’t ask Supreme Court for early hearing of Air Marshal(r) Asghar Khan case regarding formation of IJ.

Talking to media at his office, Latif Khosa said Peoples Party would not ask SC to hear early the case filed in 1990 by Asghar Khan against formation of IJI by intelligence agency against Peoples Party.

Attorney General said the case is under trial in the court and it is up to court when taken up the issue. He said a particular group is deliberately trying to ignite this old issue.
