Bar on Becoming PM For 3rd Time, Hearing Deferred

Pakistan News: The Lahore High Court has shifted the plea against bar on becoming prime minister for third time to Chief Justice and requested forming of a larger bench in this regard.
Justice Asif Mohammad Khosa of LHC heard the case. It is argued in the petition that the bar on becoming third time prime minster is put to keep some important politicians away from politics, thus requesting to do away with the said bar. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa sent the petition to Chief Justice Lahore High Court and adjourned the case till February15.
