Boston Marathon 2010 Results – Robert Cheruiyot became the champion in marathon race with a record time of 2 hours 5 minutes and 51 seconds to win the Marathon Man. This is a record only.

While the other participants who succeeded in the Great Entrance is four, ended up as runner Ryan Hall finishing U.S. runner overall in 2 hours, 8 minutes and 41 seconds. Ethiopia Teyba Erkesso win by finishing in 2 hours, 26 minutes and 11 seconds.

Defending champion Salina Kosgei won third place in 2 hours 28 minutes and 35 seconds.

Boston Marathon 2010 Results also include Russia Pushkareva who finished just three seconds behind the winner.
