CNG stations to remain closed in Potohar region today

ISLAMABAD: At least 596 CNG stations of Potohar region from Attock to Jhelum including twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, said All Pakistan CNG Association President Ghayas Pracha on Saturday.

Talking to Geo News, he said the CNG stations would be shut down from 6am on July 10 to remain closed till 6am of July 11.

Pracha said the decision regarding weekly closure of CNG stations should be reversed now.

The PM announced to call an energy conference twice a month; but, this could not be implemented, he said.

Ghayas Pracha further told the CNG stations are opened in accordance with the Constitution in three provinces; therefore, the decision regarding closure of CNG stations in Punjab should be taken back.
