Election Commission Helpless In Front Of Punjab Govt: Sheikh Rasheed

Awami Muslim League chairman Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad was addressing to a press conference post unofficial results of NA-55. He said “people should leave behind their differences.”
Sheikh Rasheed said that “I have no difference of opinion with anyone.” He also said “Punjab Police took custody of transport; however they did not capture any murderers. Police broke our allies through pressure.”
“I am a political leader and would not file any objections in the election commission” he said. Rasheed said “the public would understand with the passage of time.”
He said that “thieves have entered into politics.” He also said it is disappointing to know that people have made the result of election as a personal issue.
Sheikh Rasheed accused that dirty tricks have been played against him. He also pointed out that the Election Commission (EC) is helpless in front of Punjab Government. He accused that the government machinery was used to cast fake votes.
