Friends of Democratic Pakistan conference today in New York, NEW YORK: Friends of Democratic Pakistan (FoDP) conference is being held today in New York.

President Asif Ali Zardari, US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown will jointly preside the meeting.

Canada, Australia, China, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Japan, Norway, UAE, Holland, Korea, Saudi Arab, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, World Bank and delegates of UN will attend the conference.

The conference will discuss how to back Pakistan to win war against terror and overcome the rising challenges.
