Gulbis In US Open Tennis 2009

US Open Tennis 2009:Gulbis Tenniss:The 2009 US Open Tennis tournament began yesterday, and some good games have already been played.Britain’s Andy Murray will play Latvian Ernests Gulbis in the first US Open Tennis 2009 Gulbis Tennisround of the US Open.
The only two male tennis players who are believed to travel regularly on private jets are Roger Federer, the world No 1, the US Open champion for the past five seasons and the greatest racket-swinger of all time, and Ernests Gulbis, the world No 95 from Latvia.

There is no doubt at all, that Gulbis is a talented player. After all, he did make it to the fourth round at Flushing Meadows in 2007 and he was a quarter-finalist at Roland Garros last season, but his tennis seems to have gone downhill since then.

And when Andy Murray and Ernests Gulbis played at Wimbledon this summer, Gulbis appeared to be second best. Murray, who was a straight-sets winner at Wimbledon, also won their other two meetings, one being Queen’s Club and the other being St Petersburg.
