“Though India is agreed to resume the dialogue process but it’s not willing to include Kashmir issue in the agenda,” said the premier while addressing a draw ceremony of Capital Development Authority’s pilots in Sector I-16.

Taking to newsmen afterwards, Gilani said “we should not make haste but wait for India’s reply on including the Kashmir issue in composite dialogue process.”

On Wednesday, in an interview to a private news TV, Gilani said Pakistan has always favoured dialogue against a war and appreciated India’s “intention” to resume dialogue.

Reiterating Pakistan’s stance for resumption of dialogue Gilani said “politicians make bridges not walls” and noted the consent of the Indian Congress party to resume the four years old stalled peace process.

“I appreciate India’s intention to resume talks,” he said and added the “threat perception” regarding India necessitated the need for a dialogue to resolve all outstanding issues between the two countries.
