Also performing this year is the Black Eyed Peas (Fergie is co-hosting), Keri Hilson, Colbie Caillat, Orianthi, and Robin Thicke from Las Vegas, and Jennifer Lopez and Daughtry from Times Square in NYC. Ryan Seacrest will be hosting from NYC
