The beauty contest winner was stripped of her title just before her reign ended due to a magazine photo shoot.
The TV show airs Sunday nights at 9 P.M. on VH1.
Peniche claims her addiction is a direct result of multiple instances in her life including being abused by an older neighbor when she was a young child as well as addictions to several drugs since an early age.
