Kerry Lugar Bill against Pak interests, PML-N’s Nisar, ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Monday affirmed that the entire troubles of the country could not be addressed unless the trial of former president Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf under Article 6 of the Constitution.

Addressing the National Assembly here, PML-N’s Nisar termed approval of Kerry Lugar Bill by the US congress as against the interest and self-respect of Pakistan.
He demanded presenting of the bill in NA for a detailed discussion on it.
Earlier, British Home Secretary Alan Johnson and Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth held joint meetings with Nisar at Punjab House today.
Reportedly, UK secretaries, during the meeting, assured their government is mulling over introduction of a new visa system for Pakistan.
The meeting was also attended by Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, Ishaq Dar, Ahsan Iqbal and UK High Commissioner Robert Brinkley.
Following the meeting, Chaudhry Nisar told media UK government assured that their government is in serious deliberation to make visa policy better for Pakistanis especially for students while the visa waiting time will again be reduced to 15 days.
