Kristy McnicholKristy Mcnichol, Christina Ann “Kristy” McNichol (born 11 September 1962) is a former actress. She is best known for his role as Buddy ‘Leticia’ Lawrence in the family TV drama series and as Barbara Weston on the sitcom Empty Nest.  It is also the sister of former child actor Jimmy McNichol. McNichol retired from acting when she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1992.
