Malik granted pre-arrest bail

The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday has granted pre-arrest bail to Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik against booty of Rs 1 lac.
A special division bench of the Lahore High Court on Monday dismissed Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s appeals against his three-year convictions each in absentia, awarded by an accountability court in two separate references.
President Zardari granted pardon to his aide according to the Article 45 of the Constitution.
Talking to Dunya News before appearing in the SHC, Rehman Malik said that he respects courts decision.
