Memo issue: Ijaz again links Pak visit to Army guard

ISLAMABAD: The man who shot tumultuous memorandum controversy in Pakistani politics, American-Pakistani Businessman Mansoor Ijaz arrived in Switzerland city of Bern, where he hinged his decision to go to Pakistan on military security.
It should be mentioned here Mansoor has been summoned to appear before the Supreme Court (SC)-appointed Memogate Commission on January 24.
Mansoor called on high-ups at the US embassy in Bern. He, voicing concerns to be harmed in Pakistan, handed a list of suspected to the US officials.
Mansoor is expected to contact his counsel Akram Sheikh Advocate on arrival in Dubai.
Meantime, Zahid Hussain Bukhari, the counsel of former ambassador of Pakistan to the US, Hussain Haqqani told TrendPK he (Ijaz) is not at any risk whatsoever in Pakistan and the demands of Sheikh are beyond comprehension.
