NRO beneficiaries names presented in Supreme Court

Lahore, Pakistan News :- Hearing of the NRO petitions is underway in the Supreme Court while Attorney General has presented the parliamentary record on NRO in the court.

During hearing of the case, the SC restored a rejected petition of Tariq Asad on NRO and accepted it for the hearing. AG presented the record linked to NRO, according to which the government had decided not to present NRO in the parliament even before the report of Standing Committee.

On the other hand acting AG Khawar Shah says that President has indemnity against NRO under the constitution. He maintained that President was eligible to become a parliamentarian before the NRO. He was talking to media outside the SC.
