Pakistan and US relations are complex, Pentagon

Pentagon says that Pakistan US relations are quite complex and keep passing through various ups and downs.

US vice under-secretary for Defense for Central Asia David Sydney told reporters in Washington that Pakistan and America still many aspects where many open questions existed. He said that it was unfortunate and incomprehendible that matters of the past were not settled between these two countries.
