Pakistan Army Demands Uninterrupted Gas Supply to POF

ISLAMABAD Pakistan News: Pakistan Army has requested the government to provide uninterrupted gas supply to Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) due to military operations in Waziristan during the peak winter season. A source told Business Recorder on Thursday that Pakistan Army had informed the government that due to military operations in Waziristan, the POF required uninterrupted gas supply to prepare ammunitions for use by the military.

“Any interruption in gas supply to the ammunition factories can result in problems for the smooth operation of factories and, therefore, the supply of the gas should be uninterrupted during the peak winter season.
