Paul Warner Powell, 31, was killed today in Virginia. He lost his appeals and was denied clemency by Governor Robert McDonnell. He was declared dead at 9:09 pm and no last words.
Powell was killed in a 102 year old oak chair in Greensville correctional center in Jarratt, Virginia
He was in death row for a little more than a decade after his first death sentence was abolished. At that time he wrote letters to prosecutors brag about how he “beat”.

In 1999, Powell, white superiority was upset that one of his friends, 16-year-old Stacie Reed dating a black man. In short, he was surprised at her own house, raped her, hit her in the heart, slit her throat, then roztoptaly on face and throat until she was dead.
He waited for her 14-year-old sister to come home, raped and killed her, leaving her to die after a sudden sore throat several times.
Paul W. Powell was found guilty of committing a crime and sentenced to death, but was abolished the death penalty. Powell believed that he safe from the “double threat” and began writing tease, vyhvalyayuchys letters to prosecutors and others about what really happened that terrible day. He wrote about things only the killers and forensic examination will be aware of.
