President Asif Zardari address joint session of Parliament

ISLAMABAD: The joint session of parliament is expected to be called on 16 or 17 March. While President Asif Ali Zardari has directed the Constitutional Reforms Committee to give final touch to the proposals before 15 March.

According to sources, the President has directed to make it sure that provincial autonomy should not weaken the federation.

President Zardari will announce these recommendations while addressing the parliament, sources added.

The President will also direct for constitutional amendment in the light of these proposals.
