Shahrukh Khan And Kajol breaks record With The Film DDLJ

MUMBAI INDIA: The hottest Jodi in bollywood viz. Shahrukh Khan and Kajol are on a roll again. Reportedly the two have gone on to become a special couple to have starred in the longest running films of the decade ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayeinge’ in a single theatre in Mumbai.

The Maratha Mandir movie hall in Mumbai completed 750 weeks of screening the film continuously on Sunday last. Reportedly this film has been the biggest draw for all age groups across Mumbai and its suburbs and surprisingly the hall has been almost full most of the times.

The film was directed by Aditya Chopra and produced under the Yash Raj Productions banner.Shahrukh and Kajol were paired for the first time in this romantic flick which was the beginning of a great chapter in the history of Indian cinema and specially so for the Hindi cinematic world.

What started off as an experiment turned out to be a great crowd puller at theatres all over the nation, Thus the hot and sexy chemistry of a true love struck couple was very much high lighted with this Jodi on screen and right upto this day the striking chemistry is appreciated by the audiences. The film was first released in 1995 on the 20th of October.
