OCCUPIED SRINAGAR: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said his government will talk to separatists in Jammu and Kashmir if they gave up violence, and asked Pakistan to stop sponsoring terror if it desired ‘meaningful talks’ with India.
