ISLAMABAD, Pakistan News: India is signaling that it is ready to hold bilateral talks, a move Pakistan would welcome if the talks lead to the resumption of full dialogue, which India suspended in late 2008, foreign minister said on Thursday.d45aa1852fureshi Pak Would Welcome Dialogue With India: FM Qureshi

“There are now signals emanating from India that they are willing to talk bilaterally,” Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi told a British news agency. “We welcome this … if it leads to resumption of the composite dialogue.”

India suspended official talks, known as the composite dialogue, on a range of issues including the disputed Kashmir region, after alleged Pakistan-based militants attacked the Indian city of Mumbai in November 2008.
