CHRISTCHURCH: Rescue workers have recovered 98 bodies after the New Zealand earthquake and there are “grave concerns” for another 226 people who are missing, police said Thursday.
“I can confirm that we have received a total of 98 bodies,” district commander Dave Cliff told reporters. “We have 226 people who are reported missing. We”re gravely concerned about those individuals.”(AFP)
