Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Keen On Motherhood , It seems the whole Bollywood is praying for Abhishek-Aishwarya to start a family! News has it that with Aishwarya RaiBachchan undergoing a treatment for stomach TB, her pregnancy plans are put on a backburner. It is widely believed that Aishwarya has been desperately trying to become a mother;

however, her delayed pregnancy is a cause of major concern for the Bachchan household.

Sources say that the Bachchan family may appear calm and poised over the whole affair, but within, they nurse a deep desire to see Abi-Ash embracing parenthood. While Big B desires a grandson, when asked about it, the megastar turns to his philosophical self and says, “When it happens, it will happen.”

With Aishwarya hitting 37, her increasing age adds to the worry. However, the reason behind her inability to conceive is because she is suffering from stomach TB. “The medication Aishwarya is taking for her stomach ailment is hampering her from getting pregnant. Until the tuberculosis is fully cured, she is unlikely to risk a pregnancy,” added a source.

MUMBAI : Aishwarya Rai Caught Ranbir Kapoor Sketching, The lives of the Bachchans and the Kapoors seem to be intertwined on many levels. First, it was Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta who married Nikhil Nanda, a Kapoor prodigy (Raj Kapoor is his maternal grandfather).

Then there was Abhishek’s romance with Karisma Kapoor, which ended soon after they got engaged. And now Ranbir Kapoor seems to be completely floored by the Bachchan bahu, Aishwarya Rai.

At the premiere of Paa about two weeks ago, the Bachchans and the Kapoors were seen mingling like never before. Ranbir walked up to Ash and gave her a warm hug, while Abhishek played the cordial host. After ten minutes of the Aishwarya-Ranbir interaction, Abhishek was seen running to his beloved wife, with a tinge of insecurity masked by his courteous smile.

Before Abhishek could enquire about what was brewing between the two, Aishwarya took Abhishek into a flashback, to the sets of Rishi Kapoor’s Aa Ab Laut Chalen. This was in 1999, when Ranbir and Aishwarya met for the very first time. Apparently, while Rishi and Aishwarya were engrossed in a serious discussion over a shot, Ranbir, who was then assisting his father, was seated next to them unnoticed, busy making a sketch. But even before Ranbir could finish his sketch, his dad pulled across the notepad and caught Ranbir secretly sketching Aishwarya.

As Aishwarya narrated this funny incident to Abhishek, he seemed quite amused while Ranbir couldn’t stop blushing.

MUMBAI: Aishwarya Rai: Pregnant! Who, me?, Bollywood rumours, once again, of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan being pregnant were delightfully laughed away by the Bachchan bahu.

“I think it was triggered off by that ad with Abhishek and me,” she said. The ad has the couple saying, “Ek khush khabri hai…” Ash added, “That’s where the talk must have started. But there’s no truth to it.”

So, that puts paid to the buzz about her walking out on Abhinay Deo’s Crooked, in which she teams up again with Abhishek, and also stories of her aim being to complete Vipul Shah’s Action Replayy, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish, Mani’s Raavan and Rajnikant’s The Robot as early as possible.

Said a friend, “Ash does not get time for herself. She is trying to balance various projects, some of which have overshot the deadline, while playing her domestic roles properly. It’s a very tough balancing act, she needs a break.”

Understandably, the actress is now dropping out of projects that haven’t started. The buzz is she might not play Mumtaz Mahal to Ben Kingsley’s in Taj Mahal, a project that she had said yes to while shooting The Last Legion with Sir Ben.

Aishwarya Rai Refuses Reality Show

MUMBAI: Gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan refused to take part in a reality show, Dance Premier League due to tight packed schedule. She has number of films lined up for release and has no time for reality shows.

Her publicist informed that Ash has declined reality show not for money issue but due to hectic schedule.

“A recent news story issued by a channel suggested Aishwarya Rai was ousted by Madhuri Dixit for one of their reality shows, citing money as an issue. We would wish to clarify that this is an act of fiction, fact being that Aishwarya, who is known to be a thorough professional, had to refuse the show on account of her commitment to films,” her publicist said.

Now Rani Mukherjee has taken Ash’s seat. She will judge the show along with dance guru Shiamak Davar.

“Her movies like Endhiran, Action Replay and Ravana are all nearing completion, so the subject of money and costing never did arise as discussions did not go beyond schedules and dates.

“The proposal had come to Aishwarya through the Moranis (the show producers) and even Shiamak pushed Aishwarya to do the show, but the dates could just not be worked out,” said the publicist.

Aishwarya Rai Swine flu, Noted Bollywood Actress and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is down with a “chest infection” and “flu like symptoms”, leaving many of her fans and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan worried. Amitabh Bachchan wrote in his blog about the Aishwarya’s illness.
The 35-year-old actress was shooting with her husband Abhishek Bachchan in Ooty for the upcoming Mani Ratnam film ”Ravana’ is down with the illness, Bachchan who is in Singapore tending to politician Amar Singh wrote in his blog.
“Aishwarya has taken ill and is down with chest infection and flu like symptoms. Had a high fever yesterday but is settling down today,” wrote Bachchan.

“It’s worrying to be so far away from children and not be there to look after them. Yes, they are mature and married and responsible, but children will always remain children,” a concerned Bachchan added. The 66-year-old veteran also complained that he has been suffering from a “strained back”.
