trendpk: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Wednesday met Jammiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Islamabad.
In a long meeting, Rehman and Fazalur Rehman discussed country’s political situation and bilateral concerns.
Rehman Malik assured Fazalur Rehman to address the JUI-F’s concerns in line with President Asif Ali Zardri’s promise.
Rehman appealed JUI-F’s chief to avoid issuing any statement against coalition partners.
Maulana Fazalur Rehman said that it is impossible for the democratic process to run in Gilani’s being in power.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan News: President Asif Ali Zardari has directed his party leaders not to issue statements against MQM.
MQM has demanded resignation of Sindh Interior Minister Zulifqar from the office on using derogatory words against the party leaders.
On the other hand, Sindh Information Minister Shazia Marri while talking to Dunya News said that MQM and PPP are committed to move ahead with reconciliatory process while some elements wanted to derail the democratic system but they could not be succeeded.
