OGRA increases diesel price, slightly decreases petrol

KARACHI: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced new prices of petroleum products; diesel has been raised and petrol has slightly been decreased, SAMAA reported on Tuesday.
The Executive Director of OGRA, Jawad Nasim, announced new prices of petroleum products in Islamabad on Tuesday.
According to the new prices announced by OGRA, the price of diesel has risen by Rs. 1.57 per liter and the new price is fixed at Rs. 74.60 per liter, while light diesel’s price has been increased by Rs. 1.32 per liter and fixed at Rs. 62.67 per liter.
The price of kerosene oil, after an increase of 72 paisas, is fixed at Rs. 65.57 per liter.
The price of petrol, after being decreased by 48 paisas, is fixed at Rs. 67.26 per liter; the price of hi-octane, after decreasing by 49 paisas, has been fixed at Rs. 69.50 per
Gov Has Announced A Slight Decrease In The Prices Of Petroleum Products
Government has announced a slight decrease in the prices of petroleum products.
During a press conference, Senior Executive Director Finance OGRA Syed Jawad Naseem said petrol price has been decreased by 64 paisas per liter to Rs70.57 and the rate of HOBC slashed by 78 paisas to Rs86.06.
. The per litre price of High Speed Diesel cut down by Rs1.90 and Light Speed Diesel by Rs1.60 while kerosene oil slashed by 2.56. The new prices will take effect from the 1st of March (today).

OGRA has announced slight decrease of 1 to 4 percent in petroleum products on Sunday. Petrol declined to Rs 70.67 with a decrease of 64 paisas. In a press conference, ORGA’s senior executive director finance Syed Jawwad Naseem announced slight decrease in petroleum products. According to which, light speed diesel reached at Rs 69.47 with a decrease of 60 paisas, high speed diesel slashed to Rs 69.89 with a decrease of Rs 1.97, kerosene oil decreased to Rs 61.50 with a decline of Rs2.56 and HOBC reached to Rs68.06 with a decrease of 78 paisas. Petrol and HOBC rates have been decreased by one percent each while light and high speed diesel prices have been decreased by three percent each. Kerosene oil has been decreased by 4 percent. New prices have been applied from today.
