It’s My Life just got a new lease of life. Thanks to the favourable reports and response to Genelia D’Souza’s performance in her new release Force, suddenly Harman Baweja’s long-delayed release, It’s My Life, has become an urgent issue with producer Boney Kapoor and director Anees Bazmee.

Its My Life Harmans long delayed film gets new lease of life thanks to GeneliaAccording to very reliable sources, Genelia’s success in Force is just the window that the producer and director were looking for to release It’s My Life. The film is being spruced up big time.

Says the source, “Genelia’s is the third-most important role in It’s My Life after Nana and Harman. Ways are being devised to enhance Genelia’s presence in the film. A song is being added to the film. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy have been asked to create a sizzling new number for Genelia to sizzle to.”

Apparently, the Bon Jovi anthem ‘It’s My Life’ was being considered as the special add-on to the film.

But Shankar Mahadevan denies the Bon Jovi connection. “We are doing a new title song for It’s My Life. We’re exploring various possibilities. But Bon Jovi is not one of them.”

Anees admits the film is being spruced up. “We are definitely releasing the film finally on January 13. Yes we’re adding a song. I am not aware of how successful Genelia’s new film is. But yes, success of any kind does help the next picture, issmein koi shaq nahin hai.”

Personal setbacks and crises often mean losses worth crores for film producers especially if the film is shot abroad. But in the case of Anees Bazmee’s Thank You, where a long schedule in Toronto had to end suddenly because of Bobby Deol’s father-in-law illness and death, the loss runs into not just the production on-hand (Thank You) but also Boney Kapoor’s sequel to No Entry entitled Be Positive.
While Boney has declared his next production would be the sequel to No Entry, Anees shocks by declaring that the script is not even close to being ready.
Says Anees, “While I’ve an idea for the Hera Pheri sequel which I am working on for producer Feroz Nadiadwala I’ve absolutely no idea which way the sequel to No Entry would go. The comedy is the hardest genre to write. And I can’t plunge into a funny film until I’ve the script ready. I’ve just had no time to think about an idea for No Entry Part 2.”
With the Thank You schedule going haywire after Bobby’s abrupt departure from Toronto, Anees is now organizing a schedule in Mumbai to synchronize with the unfinished schedule in Toronto.
Says Anees, “When Bobby had to leave from Toronto we still had one big song and some scenes to be shot. We’ve started the shoot in Mumbai from September 13. The song will come later .”
It was meant to be a big chorus song featuring Irrfan Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Rimi Sen, Sunil Shetty and Bobby. Organizing the dates of all these actors was problematic.
Sighs Anees, “This is the first time I’m doing two films together. Setbacks are bound to happen. We’ve to take it in our stride.”
One hopes Boney Kapoor too will Be Positive about Bobby Deol’s disrupted schedule.

46a85d2988pdates Wanted hindi movie review and updatesWanted hindi movie review, Wanted dead or alive,  hindi movie 2009 review. In this movie Salman Khan’ character name is Radhe and play’s as a sharpshooter, who works for Gani Bhai, the hardcore Mumbai Mafioso. The one liners of Salman Khan lack the punch. Action direction is simply excellent and cinematography is also wonderful. Prabhu Deva, who has turned his focus to direction from choreography, has proved that he can be a good director. He has made the right choice to enter Bollywood.

Prakash Raj, who is very famous for his negative roles in South India, has definitely excelled the expectations of his character. Even Govind Namdeo has done justice as the Commissioner. But Vinod Khanna fails to create any impact, whereas others have done decent job.The final scenes of the movie share a close resemblance with the fight sequences of ‘Ghajini’.

As for the  sources This movie ratings shows only 2 stars out 5

Producer: Boney Kapoor

Director: Prabhu Deva

Cast: Salman Khan, Ayesha Takia, Om Puri, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sayaji Shinde, Prakash Raj, Aseem Merchant, Vinod Khanna, Anil Kapoor.
