Blasts Hit Islamic University Islamabad; 2 dead, 13 Injured

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Blasts Hit Islamic University Islamabad; 2 dead, 13 Injured, simultaneous suicide bombings rocked the new campus of the Islamic University, Islamabad, killing one woman and injuring 13 others.

According to sources, the first explosion occurred in the cafeteria on the campus of the woman and immediately after another explosion took place in the block of the Sharia.

A large number of ambulances and police officials have reached the site immediately after the explosion.

The injured have been taken to PIMS hospital including 11 girls and two boys.

Latest news about Jasper Howard death, Connecticut cornerback Jasper Howard (left) was killed early Sunday morning in an on-campus stabbing.

According to the Hartford Courant, which first reported the story, Howard was stabbed after a fight broke out shortly after midnight near the campus’ student union center. Howard was airlifted to a nearby hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries, Howard who was from Miami, was 20 years old. Miss Hampton University 2009
