Kat Von D and Jesse James Split up

The engagement of Kat Von D and Jesse James is over, the couple had become engaged last January.

LA Ink star Kat broke the news herself last night via Twitter;

“I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I’d like to share. Thanks for respecting that,” she writes

Jesse James was previously married to Sandra Bullock but after news got out that he had multiple affairs Bullock left him. They had adopted a baby boy together, but now Bullock is raising the boy herself. It was only a matter of months before he started dating Kat Von D.

James spoke to People in regards to their split;

“I’m so sad because I really love her. The distance between us was just too much.”

Reportedly it was actual distance that was too much, Von D shoots her show in Los Angeles and James lives with his three children in Austin, Texas.

Anurag Kashyap and Kalki to tie knot on April 30

After playing the ‘yes-yes, no-no’ game for quite sometime now, reports have it that Anurag Kashyap and Kalki Koechlin will be finally tying the knot on April 30. The location has been chosen as Ooty, which happens to be Kalki’s hometown.

The wedding will be a closed ceremony and the couple has just invited 40 of their close friends. Reports also claim that since it’s a south Indian type of wedding, the lovely couple will be tying the knot at around 11am, followed by a grand reception.

The designer chosen for D-day is Laila Bijlani Motwane (who has designed for Twinkle Khanna and Tanya Deol in the past), who said that Kalki will be wearing a green and gold Kanjivaram saree with the traditional south Indian jewellery and her lehenga will be tri coloured: mango, orange and fuchsia. Anurag has chosen his own clothes which will be a cream colored kurta-pyjama. Meanwhile, news has come in that; the couple has even purchased a new pad at Versova, where they will be moving in post marriage.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Married in Secret?

There is a fresh rumor doing the rounds that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have married in secret. A new line of geographical coordinates on Angelina’s famous tattoo have started a great deal of speculation. Her tattoo, on her left arm shows the latitudes and longitudes of the birthplaces for each of her six children.

So when it was spotted that a new set of coordinates were recently added immediate speculation was that her and Brad had adopted another child. But now the explanation or rumor is that the coordinates are the geographical coordinates of Brad’ birthplace, Shawnee, Oklahoma and that the couple have secretly married!

It has also been reported by OK!Magazine that a ring on Angelina’s right hand is actually a wedding ring. OK!Magazine writes that it’s a common French tradition and as the couple have been living in the south of France it makes sense.

Brad and Angelina have taken a no-marriage stance since getting together in 2005 on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith but that hasn’t stopped rumors of their marriage flaring up from time to time. So could this one be true?

Hollywood stars Johansson, Reynolds divorce

LOS ANGELES: Hollywood A-listers Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, a week after they announced their amicable split, documents showed.

The couple — named sexiest man and woman alive in separate polls in recent years — both filed papers the same day to dissolve their two-year marriage, according to the documents obtained by the TMZ celebrity news website.

The legal documents, filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, gave the date of separation as December 14 — the day they announced their split last week — and ticked the box citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason.

The couple did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement before their September 2008 wedding, TMZ reported, citing sources as saying that Ryan made more money than the US actress during their marriage.

Property rights have yet to be determined, according to the court papers.

Johansson, 26, famous for roles in films such as “Lost in Translation” and “Vicky Cristina Barcelona,” had said in press reports that being apart from Canadian star Reynolds due to filming schedules was hard on a relationship.

“We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated,” the couple said in a statement announcing their separation last week.

People magazine cited an unnamed source as saying the couple quietly split six months ago, adding that Johansson – named Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire magazine in 2006 — initiated the move.

The actress had already begun apartment-hunting in her native New York City, it added.

In case he”s crushed, he shouldn’t have too hard a time finding a date: Reynolds, 34, was named People”s “Sexiest Man Alive” two weeks before they announced their split.

Known for films such as “X-Men Origins: Wolverine,” the Canadian actor is starring in an upcoming silver screen version of the comic classic “Green Lantern.”

Before his relationship with Johansson, Reynolds was engaged to Canadian singer Alanis Morissette.

Lahore: woman killed on resisting dacoits

A 25-year-old woman has been killed in Lahore upon resisting dacoits, trendpk.Com reported on Thursday.
The relatives of the woman have accused that the dacoits were police personnel. According to Ghulam Nabi, resident of Shahdara, he and his wife were coming back after withdrawing money from an ATM machine when all of a sudden two people wearing police uniforms came and started looting them. The culprits opened fire on the couple when they resisted the dacoits. Their firing injured his wife Maimona who later could not succumb to her injuries and died of the bullet wounds. The relatives of the couple have said that police personnel were involved in the incident. Police sources have not forwarded their stance on the issue.

LOS ANGELES: An American bride and groom have been officially recognised as the world’s tallest living married couple.

Wayne and Laurie Hallquist from California both stand out from the crowd – she is almost 2m tall (6ft 5in) and he measures a towering 2.07m.

Andre Nel attempts suicide

PRETORIA: Former Proteas cricketer Andre Nel apparently tried to commit suicide after three more women, one of them a prostitute, told of having slept with him.

Nel’s pregnant wife, Deanne Weitz, confirmed on Friday night that doctors had been called to the couple’s swanky home in Irene outside of Pretoria after Nel tried to take his own life.

She was expecting their first child in April.

“He is not in any immediate danger and there are many doctors looking after him,” she said.

It was unclear what had happened exactly.

Weitz had earlier in the day moved in with her parents in Benoni after it came to light that Nel had visited a Pretoria prostitute four times since November 2007.

Sanjay Gupta to become father soon

Just recently, Bollywood couple Ajay Devgn and Kajol welcomed a new arrival to the Devgn family- their baby boy Yug. Well, now we hear that well known filmmaker Sanjay Gupta too will soon be becoming a dad.
