Gabriel Aubry is not to happy these days after finding out that Halle Berry, her boyfriend, and their daughter possibly could be moving to Europe, France to be exact. Halle Berry is asking the judge who is in charge of the custody hearing if she can have permission to move Nahla to France with her and her boyfriend. Gabriel Aubry is stating that over his dead body this is something that is just not going to happen.
Halle Berry has already put her papers to the judge and currently the only thing they are waiting on is the hearing date to be set. Gabriel Aubry feels that Halle Berry is doing this to take his daughter away from him by making sure that he can have no contact with her. Also, Gabriel Aubry is even more upset because if the move is approved Halle Berry’s long term boyfriend Olivier Martinez will also be residing with his daughter.
From the way we see it Halle Berry has a good reason to move. Matter of fact, the stalker who broke in her property numerous times has just been released from jail. So, she will definitely be safer over in Europe.

Ramesh Taurani and Deepika at loggerheads over Race 2
Deepika Padukone’s decision to walk out of producer Ramesh Taurani’s multi-starrer Race 2, after shooting for six days, has angered Taurani to no extent. He feels her behavior was totally uncalled for and is extremely unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable.
Deepika’s leaving the film has caused havoc with the dates of the other stars in the film like Saif Ali Khan, John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Ameesha Patel and Jacqueline Fernandes. It has also resulted in huge monetary losses for producer as the building of sets for their next schedule is already underway and the crew and the location were already booked. Taurani, who has been in this industry for 25 years and has worked with several top notch stars, says that has never faced a situation like this before.
What apparently angered Ramesh Taurani the most was that he got the news that she has left the film from the media and not Deepika herself. The story goes that after shooting for 6 days, Deepika didn’t turn up on the shoot. The production team tried to reach her but couldn’t get through her. When Ramesh called her, she said she would come with her new manager and work things out. But Deepika didn’t turn up for the meeting and her manager informed Taurani that she had been offered a major Hollywood project, which she couldn’t let go.
But what followed next had Ramesh boiling with anger. Just as she left Race 2, Deepika announced that she would be doing Rajinikanth’s next film Kochadaiyaan directed by his daughter Soundarya.
Deepika had opted out of Race 2 before when was offered Ayan Mukherjee’s film opposite Ranbir Kapoor, but the makers got her back on board by adjusting her dates. The makers had even postponed their Turkey schedule for her and in the process they had to let go off Sonakshi Sinha, who they replaced with Jacqueline.
In Deepika’s defense, a source close to her stated that the constant delays in the schedule of Race 2 was the main reason she left the film as she couldn’t adjust her dates again once she was informed that they were changed.
Reportedly, Taurani is also planning to take legal action against Deepika but they are first finding a replacement for her as soon as they can.
Iran’s parliament to question Ahmadinejad
Iran s parliament on Tuesday decided to summon President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for questioning over a long list of accusations, including that he mismanaged the nation s economy.
The summons was the first of its kind for an Iranian president since 1979. It follows a petition by a group of lawmakers for a review of policy decisions by Ahmadinejad, who has come under increasing attacks in recent months from the same hard-liners who brought him to power.
It is also part of a power struggle on the Iranian political scene ahead of March 2 parliamentary elections and the 2013 presidential vote.
Mohammad Reza Bahnoar, the parliament deputy speaker, said lawmakers have demanded that Ahmadinejad answer a slew of questions on the economy, including purportedly bypassing a special budget for the Tehran subway and public transportation.
He is also to be queried about foreign and domestic policy decisions.
“There is a requirement for the president to answer questions in an open session of the parliament,” said Bahnoar, whose parliament speech was broadcast live on Iranian state radio.
A letter containing the summons is to be sent to Ahmadinejad in next two days, according to the parliament statement. Under Iranian law, he has up to appear in parliament after one month. It s unclear what would happen if Ahmadinejad fails to appear before parliament.
Ahmadinejad will also be asked why he “hesitated for 11 days” to act on a demand Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to reinstate intelligence minister, Heidar Moslehi, who was sacked by Ahmadinejad in 2011, and to elaborate on his snap dismissal of former foreign minister, Manouchehr Mottaki, during a trip to Africa.
The power struggle has pitted Ahmadinejad against Khamenei, who has final say on all state matters in Iran.
Ahmadinejad and his policies have been the target of criticism by lawmakers, clerics as well as state-run media.
Other questions that will be put to the president include those about Iran s slacking economic growth, and why his administration failed to promote the Islamic dress code that calls for women to wear the traditional veil. Lawmakers behind the initiative allege Ahmadinejad promoted Iranian nationalism instead of Islamic values.
According to the statement, Ahmadinejad is also to explain his ties to Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei, whose daughter is married to the president s son. Ahmadinejad s opponents content he is trying to push Mashei for president after his own term expires next year.

RAMALLAH: A 21-year-old Palestinian woman has told authorities she was locked in a bathroom for the past decade by her father, who let her out only in the dead of night so she could clean their house.
“People are monsters,” Baraa Melhem said her father would tell her, according to a social worker dealing with the case.
Palestinian police said they freed Melhem from the small bathroom of a home in the West Bank city of Qalqilya on Saturday after an anonymous tip.
Her father, who holds Israeli citizenship, was arrested and handed over to Israeli authorities. He was presented before an Israeli court Wednesday, an Israeli police spokesman said.
Melhem told Voice of Palestine radio that when she was 11, her father confined her to the toilet and did not allow her to go to school or see her mother, whom he had divorced.
She was beaten with a baton and metal wires and given only one blanket to keep her warm, said the social worker, Hala Shreim.
“The bathroom was only 1-1/2 meters big, it was like a cell,” Shreim said.
According to a statement issued by Palestinian police, the father, citing a “family dispute,” admitted to locking up his daughter and feeding her mainly bread.
Melhem told Voice of Palestine that her father used to shave her hair and her eyebrows, and allowed her to shower only once a month. He would let her out of the bathroom every night at 1 a.m. to clean the house until 4 a.m., she added.
Melhem’s father, the social worker said, often encouraged his daughter to commit suicide.
“Her only consolation was a radio which kept her connected to the world,” Shreim said.
The young woman has now been reunited with her mother.
“She told me that she loves life and has to live,” Shreim quoted Melhem as saying. AGENCIES
Jessica Alba thinks Beyonce should maybe sell first baby photos

TrendPK.com: Beyonce recently gave birth to her first child with Jay-Z, and the public certainly wants to see what the little girl looks like.
And now, Jessica Alba is advising that Beyonce consider selling the first baby pictures before the paparazzi possibly get out of hand trying to get one, states Hollyscoop. “For our family, we just wanted to control the experience,” Alba said about her decision to sell photos of her daughter, Honor.
But more than that, Alba thinks safety is a factor as well: “If there’s a price tag on your child – which is so bizarre – people will go to crazy lengths. We wanted to avoid that hysteria.”
Alba has put the money away to give to her daughter, but thinks charity is also a good thing to do with the profit.
It has been rumored that Beyonce will not sell pictures of her child.
Do you think she will? Do you think she should?

Anil Kapoor Sonam together at last
Anil and his daughter Sonam Kapoor are coming together on the large screen at last. But not in the way you think. The trailer of Anil’s action film Tezz is being attached to the Sonam starrer Players this Friday on Anil Kapoor’s insistence.
Apparently, the producers felt it was too early to put it out, since the film releases on April 27. However, Anil was keen that the trailer goes out with his daughter’s film.
The trailer was apparently rush-completed for the sake of the doting dad’s wish to be a part of his daughter’s film.
A bit premature for the Tezz trailer considering Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgn (who plays the film’s main antagonist) are now, at this very minute, shooting the one-to-one bare-fisted climactic fight for which Anil has been getting into shape for a few months now.
Producer Ratan Jain defends the decision to release the trailer so early, “It’s true we’re not finished. We’re shooting the climax right now. And then we’ve some work with Kangna Ranaut pending. As far as releasing the trailer too soon is concerned, isn’t everyone putting out their promotional material months in advance? Karan Johar started his Agneepath promotion so much in advance.”
