Karan Johar joins Deepika and Purab in upcoming Nescafe ad

He came, he saw… but, he just couldn’t conquer! We are referring to the ironic situation of the VJ-turned actor Purab Kohli; despite having the gorgeous Deepika Padukone as his neighbour, he just couldn’t get his feelings across to her. No…. even before you can get into the layer of things, let us tell you that, the aforementioned was the ‘plot’ of the ongoing Nescafe series.
Well, as they say, the plot gets thicker. And the thickness now lies in the fact, that, now besides Deepika, Purab will now be joined by none other than the master filmmaker Karan Johar, according to Bollywood Hungama’s confirmed sources. The same source also added that the trio has even shot for the ad that shows Karan walking into Deepika’s house, even as Purab is trying hard to impress her. Despite knowing the fact that ‘he’ is Karan Johar, Purab pretends not to know him and hence starts asking him about his profession like ‘Are you a badminton player?” etc…
With KJo joining the gang, sipping coffee (or is it ‘Koffee’ now?), will just get even more stimulating. What say, folks!
Wishing Salman Khan a very happy Birthday

He is the man who is known for the ‘Human’ side of his ‘Being’! Well, no prizes for guessing that we are indeed talking about the ‘won’ and only Salman Khan, the very same Salman who celebrates his birthday today!
There is a certain irony about this man called ‘Salman’. And the irony is that, despite having shot to fame with the film Maine Pyar Kiya, there was never a time in his life for him, to say ‘Maine PR Kiya’. The very fact that Salman Khan is in a film, itself is guarantee enough that the film’s makers will be laughing and smiling their way not just to the banks, but, Swiss banks! An apt example is that of the recently released film Dabangg, a film that went onto make records…only to break its own records! Such is the charisma of this ‘Gentleman to the core’ called Salman Khan!
Bollywood Hungama wants you to join us as we wish the eternal Superstar a very happy Birthday, by posting your wishes below:

19 Pound Baby Born, JAKARTA – An Indonesian woman has given birth to an 8.7-kilogramme (19.2-pound) baby boy, the heaviest newborn ever recorded in the country, a doctor said Wednesday.
The baby, who is still unnamed and is 62 centimetres (24.4 inches) long, was born by caesarean section Monday at a public hospital in North Sumatra province, a gynaecologist who took part in the operation told.
‘This heavy baby made the surgery really tough, especially the process of taking him out of his mum’s womb. His legs were so big,’ Binsar Sitanggang said.
The boy is in a healthy condition despite having to initially be given oxygen to overcome breathing problems, the gynaecologist said.
‘He’s got strong appetite, every minute, it’s almost non-stop feeding,’ he said.
‘This baby boy is extraordinary, the way he’s crying is not like a usual baby. It’s really loud.’
The boy’s massive size was likely the result of his mother, Ani, 41, having diabetes, Sitanggang said.
She had to be rushed to hospital due to complications with the pregnancy, which had reached nine months. The baby, her fourth, was the only child not delivered by a traditional midwife.
When a diabetic mother’s glucose level is high during pregnancy, the baby can receive too much glucose and grow too large, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
Indonesia’s previous heaviest baby, weighing in at 6.9 kilos, was born in 2007 on the outskirts of the capital Jakarta, according to the Indonesian Museum of Records website.
