International Monetary Fund Says World Must Prepare For Next Crisis

The head of the International Monetary Fund says the world needs to prepare for the next economic crisis, even as it begins to recover from the worst recession since the Great Depression.
International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn, speaking to business students at a Johannesburg university Tuesday, expressed concern that recovery could mean leaders will feel less pressure to pursue such reforms as tightening regulation and supervision of financial markets.
Strauss-Kahn says he cannot not predict the timing or the nature of the next crisis, but that he is sure it will come.
Strauss-Kahn is on an African tour that started in Kenya and will take him to Zambia from South Africa.
22-Year-Old Crowned In Cereso Prison Beauty Pageant

Cecilia Juarez, 22, incarcerated for drug trafficking, was crowned Miss Captive Beauty 2010 during a pageant for the women inmates at the Cereso prison in Juarez. Municipal authorities organized the pageant, dubbed “Belleza Cautiva,” or captive beauty, as part of the International Day of the Woman. The jury chose the most beautiful inmate among 15 participants. Juarez won the title by unanimous decision. She has been imprisoned for two months on drug charges and awaits sentencing.
Bishop Brian Moore Arrested
Bishop Brian Moore Arrested:A Lowcountry pastor is now facing drug charges in North Carolina.47-year-old Brian Moore was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday.
Moore is a pastor at the Life Center Cathedral Church in North Charleston.
He also works for several other churches in North and South Carolina.
According to the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Sheriff’s Office web site Moore posted $3,250 in bond for three total charges.
Saudi Arabia Frees Pakistanis Held on Drug Charges
ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister, Rahman Malik disclosed that the Pakistanis, who were arrested sometime ago in drug case in Saudi Arabia, have been set free unconditionally.

Addressing a press conference here, Rahman Malik said that he, on behalf of the prime minister, offers thanks to the Saudi royal family. He said that all the accused Pakistanis would return to Pakistan immediately after Eid vacation.
Rahman Malik said, “Saudi Arabia is our big brother, our ties would further get strengthened.” Replying to a question, he said that Prince Naif played the key role in getting the accused Pakistanis released.
He said that Syed Sarwat, Safia and other accused involved in drug smuggling case were arrested, while only Tunio was absconding.
