Giuliana Rancic on keeping positive during breast cancer battle
TrendPK.com: E! News personality Giuliana Rancic recently had a double mastectomy to battle breast cancer, and while it may be a lot to handle, she is trying to keep a positive attitude.
Rancic recently commented on how she sometimes gets down, but knows that it’s important to keep looking on the bright side, states Hollyscoop. “It’s so easy to be driving down the street and all of a sudden get choked up and want to cry. I was like no, no, no, I have an amazing husband, my job is to go interview celebrities…life is good,” Rancic commented.
And one of the best things for her these days is work: “Work is such a great distraction…it just makes everything fly by.”

E! News correspndent Giuliana DePandi Rancic has previously stated that she can’t wait to start a family, that doesn’t mean that she is pregnant. The 33-year-old is denying rumors that she and husband, season one Apprentice winner Bill Rancic, are expecting their first child.
No, I’m not pregnant!
“No, I’m not pregnant!” she laughed, just before going into a dinner celebrating Olympic Gold Medalist Picabo Street’s 4th Annual Ski Challenge to benefit victims of child abuse.
“I bet Ryan Seacrest started the rumor,” she quipped at the benefit at Sundance.
About Seacrest, she said, “Ryan has this thing with co-hosts where he busts their chops – like with Randy [Jackson] and Paula [Abdul] on American Idol – and I get it too. So he probably started telling people, ‘Oh, so many people around the office are pregnant, so and so, and me! And now when I do get pregnant, no one will care.”
The former Giuliana DePandi and Bill Rancic, who also hosts In The Loop with IVillage, got married last September.
