Pakistan’s Sajjad out of 6-Red World Snooker C’ship
BANGKOK, Thailand: Muhammad Sajjad of Pakistan was beaten in the knock out stage of the 6-Red World Snooker Championship here on Thursday.
Thus his outing ended in the last 32 round of the championship after Dave Harold of England defeated him 1-6.
Sajjad, who put up a fine show in the league rounds, failed to beat experienced Harold before making his exit from the competition.
Sajjad managed to win the third frame as Dave Harold wrapped up the match 37-32, 41-8, 1-38, 40-14, 52-0, 42-9, 39-0.
The world’s top 24 professionals and many amateur cueists from Asia featured in the championship.
