At least seven people were killed and several others were injured in a bomb explosion near the reception rally of Maulana Fazlur Rahman in Anbar area of Swabi on Wednesday.
According to News Trends, the bomb exploded moments after the convoy of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Ameer, Fazlur Rahman, passed through the area.
The law enforcement agencies have cordoned off area after the incident and the rescue workers started the rescue operations. The injured were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar.

35 killed in Riyadh building collapse

RIYADH: At least 35 labourers, most of them Pakistanis, were reportedly killed and many injured when portion of an under construction women university caved in at Riyadh, trendpk.com News reported on Monday.
The kingdom is constructing world’s largest women-only university, Noura Bint Abdulrahman University, in Riyadh. It is expected to be completed by end of year.
According to media reports, the shuttering of world’s largest women university’s central library collapsed, due to which mound of debris fell on laborers working at the site, killing at least 35 and injuring many others.
Most of the labourers were Pakistani and Indian nationals. The injured were shifted to hospitals. The administration is searching the debris for further survivors.
3 Injured in Peshawar School Blast

Peshawar, trendpk: At least three people were injured in an attack near a private school at Pallosai road in Peshawar.
According to police, the blast occurred near New Modern Collegiate School near Agriculture University due to which two rooms of the school were destroyed. Two children and a teacher are among the injured. The injured were shifted to Khyber Teaching Hospital for treatment.
Pakistan Express hits school van, injures 8 children
Pakistan Express hit a school children van near Shorkot Cantt railway crossing gate and injured 8 children.
School van was taking children at 8am when Pakistan Express coming from Karachi hit the van at the crossing because there was not gate at the crossing. Luckily, there was no severe injury. The injured were shifted to Shorkot hospital. All children were discharged after treatment.
Suicide bomber kills 15 in Kohat
KOHAT:- At least 15 people were killed and scores of others wounded on Wednesday after a suicide bomber ripped through a crowded bus stand in Kohat.
The blast took place at the main bus stand in Kohat’s Tirah Bazaar area.
The dead and injured were shifted to local hospitals where an emergency was declared.
Hospital sources confirmed the demise of 15 people in the attack.

Three killed in Bannu Blast near Meelad Park

BANNU, News Trends: At least three policemen were killed in suicide attack over a police van in Bannu.
A suicide bomber blew up his explosives near Meelad Park in Bannu on Tuesday killing three policemen in a police van and injuring several others.
The injured have been shifted to district headquarter hospital Bannu, where some injured were said to be in precarious condition.
Police have cordoned off the area and launched search operation.
The investigators have found head and legs of the suicide bomber.

According to police, early this morning, two dead bodies with their hands and legs tied were found in Lyari. Last night, unknown attackers killed three people and injured another three near a mosque in Baldia Town No. 5. Among the killed were Subhan, Sharif and Noor; the injured included Abdullah, Karim and Arif.
After receiving information, heavy contingents of police and rangers rushed to the scene and barricaded the area while the deceased and injured were shifted to the hospital.
In two other separate incidents, a political outfit’s activist, Abdul Majid, was killed in Al-Falah area of Shah Faisal Colony. Another person was gunned down by unknown miscreants in Korangi No. 5. Trend Pk
