Saving silverman Saving Sarah silverman The Holocaust, pedophilia and mental retardation aren’t apparent comedy fodder.
But Sarah Silverman somehow managed to mine the subjects for laughs, pushing the boundaries of humor and taste in the third and best season of her Comedy Central show.
The third season, unfortunately, could mark the last stand for “The Sarah Silverman Program.”
Deadline Hollywood reports that Comedy Central has canceled the show – a development Silverman’s immature, potty-mouthed character might call a bunch of doody.Yeah, the film does have its obvious plot holes. Like why after six months are these living with each other?, and why are things happening the way they are? The plot 
holes are there and I can see they did a lot of this stuff just to move the story on, but its not like I really cared. There are some weak spots where the jokes from when I was 11 got different for me as I got older, but I didn’t care as much since I still laugh.
The jokes in this movie are funny, and also wildly random, but random in a good way. I foudn the jokes added on a lot more comedy in a raunchier way than trying to be smart and going over their heads. And, believe it or not, when these guys talked, I felt like I knew who they were because many of my friends talk exactly like them, even me sometimes.

Celebrities including Elton John, Adam Sandler, Ryan Seacrest, Billy Joel and Halle Berry are auctioning off their shoes for charity.
The stars have donated their autographed footwear for an online auction organised by Hillsides Foster Soles in Los Angeles.
Proceeds from the auction go towards benefiting children taken into foster care and those already living at Hillsides.
The auction, which kicks off with a star-studded party in Pasadena, is open from today until May 20.
Other stars that have donated their shoes include Billy Bob Thornton, David Arquette, Josh Groban, Joan Rivers, Larry King, Rachel Hunter, Slash and Sugar Ray Leonard.

Gwen Paltrow appeared on the show “Marriage Ref” with Jerry Seinfeld and Greg Giraldo, who is made fun of all the time on Comedy Central Roasts and only exclusively appears on Comedy Central. Jerry and Greg couldn’t stop making fun, saying that the husband (The Rodriguezes of South Beach) is gay. They wouldn’t stop making the jokes. Thank you, Gwen for stopping them. She put it wonderfully. She says that they should stay with the problem at hand. Oh god, even Seinfeld repeated his dumb line from his old show Seinfeld, “Not that there’s nothing wrong with that.”
Seinfeld did address Bones Rodriguez, which didn’t understand what he was trying to say, trying to ask him if he was gay. ‘Delicious.’ Bones really turned it around that saying Greg was effeminate himself. The host was real good, saying what real men. Bones made it really funny. I think the real problem was what is considered feminine and masculine.
Jiah Khan signs two Hollywood films
She made her debut in Bollywood by featuring opposite none other than Amitabh Bachchan himself. Jiah Khan, did quite a bold act of a teenage seductress in Nishabd and followed it up by featuring with another big superstar, Aamir Khan, in Ghajini. And now she is back looking hot as ever in the multi-starrer Housefull.
Talking about the reactions she has been getting post the release, Miss Khan, says “It’s been amazing, my life has completely changed after this film. People are appreciating the song featuring me. I see people laughing in the cinemas at the jokes, and whistling at the song.”
Jiah’s career surely seems to be touching an all time high as she just got a huge hit in the form of Housefull, and also the actress has now bagged not one but two Hollywood films.
Talking about the Hollywood projects Jiah says “Yes I am doing the two films but I can’t talk much about them except that one of them is an adaptation of a classic English play.” Well we do hope she isn’t heading towards moving base. In all, it seems like a good phase in the actress’ life. We wish her luck!

The first joke was of course a dig at the situation going on over at NBC, and it got quite a few laughs, as she insinuated that she was replacing George Lopez because she was a bigger star. The crowd loved it as she worked into a joke about Sarah Palin.
The heart of the joke by Jennifer Lopez about Sarah Palin was that she wasn’t even the craziest person working over at Fox News. Sarah Palin had taken on her first broadcast working for Fox, and Jennifer Lopez said that Palin had a great experience because she was only the 5th or 6th craziest person around. It was a funny joke to the crowd, and wasn’t even that bad of a joke. It was a word that Jennifer Lopez used to describe Sarah Palin that is getting more attention, as she used a negative Spanish connotation to denote how she felt about Sarah Palin and quite possibly her politics.
