Hockey team for CWG to be announced tomorrow
Playing 11 for the hockey team is scheduled to be announced tomorrow whereas Pakistans first batch of players would leave for Delhi on September 29.
Preparations of the Hockey Team are continued in National Hockey Stadium Lahore whereas the team would be announced tomorrow. According to sources, Zeeshan Ashraf, who got unfit during the Holland tour, has regained fitness and would lead the side in the upcoming mega event in Delhi.
On the other hand President Pakistan Olympic Association Arif Hassan told Dunya News that Security Liaison Officer Ahmed Mukarram is already in Delhi who until now has given a satisfactory report. After receiving his expected reports tomorrow, 61-member batch of players would leave for Delhi on September 29, 2010.
Shahid Afridi Back in 2nd T20 Today
DUBAI: Pakistan will play England today in the second and final match in two-match Twenty20 series being played here at Dubai Sports City stadium.
That Shahid Afridi will part of the team in the match, will replace Khalid Lateef.

Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik said yesterday, “With Shahid (Afridi) back in the team, I am hopeful that we will bounce back tomorrow.”
Regular Pakistan Twenty20 captain Afridi, who was serving a two-match suspension for tampering the ball, returns to the team as a player.
Malik will continue to lead the side in the second and final match of the series on Saturday.

Yousuf skipper for Australia tour
LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will selection committee will announce the squad for Australia tour after a meeting here today.
Seasoned batsman Muhammad Yousuf likely to be retained as captain for the upcoming Test and one-day series against Australia.
With Younus Khan unavailable for the tour and Pakistan coming back well against New Zealand by winning the second Test, Yousuf is expected to lead the side in Australia.
Pakistan are scheduled to play three Tests, five one-day internationals and one Twenty20 game in December 19 to February 5 tour.
Three members of Pakistan team i.e. Khurram Manzoor, Yasir Arafat and Sarfaraz Ahmed likely to return back home from New Zealand.
