Sushma Reddy to be brand ambassador of Fair & Lovely?

Long time back, when somebody asked the ‘Lovely’ Sushma Reddy, “Sush, are you a Punjaban?” She only acted ‘Fair’ and said “Well… I am not a Punjaban. I am idli sambharan!” That’s Sushma Reddy for you. Smart, talented, beautiful and everything in between!
The news is that Sushma will now be seen as the brand ambassador of the global cosmetic giant ‘Fair & Lovely’, so informs Bollywood Hungama’s confirmed sources as well as the market buzz. Attempts to establish contacts with Sushma to confirm the same proved futile.
Looks like Sushma has lots of reasons to celebrate these days. On one hand, while she will be the face of the ‘Fair & Lovely’, on the other, her debut film (as a producer) called Dus Tola, is nearing its release. Some double whammy that!

Aamir Khan organised special screening of Peepli Live for the Bachchans

While Aamir Khan had a general screening of Peepli Live for his other colleagues and friends earlier during the week, for the Big B and his parivar, Aamir had a special exclusive screening of Peepli Live on Thursday evening at Pixion to which only the Bachchans were invited.
Both Aamir and his wife Kiran were there to receive the Bachchans and watch the film with the mega-star.
After the show the Big B’s response to the film? “Superb!”
The fact that Aamir insisted in holding a special screening of the film exclusively for the Big B although Big B had offered to come for the screening earlier during the week with the rest of his colleagues, is significant in the light of the recent bonding between the Big B in Aamir.
Mutual friends of the two mega stars insist there’s definitely a film with the two of them in the offing.
Wishing Sridevi a very happy Birthday
There never was someone like her and there never would be. Talk about dancing, she leaves you spell bound, talk about acting, she’ll teach you a thing or two, talk about humour, she will leave you with her impeccable comic timing, and talk about beauty, she is the personification of the word. We are talking about the lovely Sridevi, who till day makes heads turn when she walks into the room.
The immortal diva celebrates her birthday today even though age defies her. Born in the year 1963, she can still give any newbie in the industry a complex. Her fans hope that she would make a comeback and Bollywood Hungama hopes that this wonderful actress who gave unbeatable performance in several movies like Lamhe, Chandni, Mr. India and Sadma, would take this birthday as the moment to come back to films. Wishing Sri Devi a very happy birthday today, and you too can send in your wishes by posting them in below.

Just because Jared Allen has an iPhone app doesn’t mean he’s going soft.
The Vikings Pro-Bowl defensive end is all over TMZ for an altercation at the Grapevine bar in Scottsdale, Arizona, that was caught on video.
It started when another patron called Allen’s fiance a “cunt.” Probably not a good taunt for a man who makes his living sacking quarterbacks.
Allen justifiably responds with, “I’ll break your fucking neck homeboy … and then I’ll write a check to your fucking name too.”
Sadly, his lovely fiance dragged Jared away before he could make good on his threat.
Too bad. I wonder if he would have done his calf-roping routine after beating the guy up
