The only thing missing, alas, is a point. Alberto Gonzales facing Arlen Specter isn’t exactly Christ confronting Pontius Pilate.

Christina McHale Vs MAria Sharapova In US Open 2009,
Christina McHale succumbs to 29th-seeded Maria Sharapova, and the latter moves to the third round of the U.S. Open.
The Russian scored 16 out of 18 on one stretch and defeated the American with a 6-2, 6-1 victory. McHale, 17, is ranked 381.
Sharapova’s next match is against American Melanie Oudin, also 17, who won an upset against Elena Dementieva.
Sharapova was not seen in action last year in Flushing Meadows due to shoulder injury. She started playing again in May of this year.
