India: A bus from the Uttar Pradesh roadways and a mini-truck collided near the highway, thirty-four people have been confirmed dead in the accident.
The accident occurred when a speeding bus of the Uttar Pradesh Roadways slammed into the mini-truck on a highway near Badayun. Witnesses claimed the mini-truck was completely totalled in the crash.
The mini-truck was ferrying members of a funeral procession from Badayun when it was hit by the bus coming from the opposite side. According to one of the survivors, they were returning after performing last rites of a relative. He said that at least 50 people have died in this accident. Soon after the incident, locals rushed to the spot to rescue the survivors from the mangled remains of the vehicles. Meanwhile District Magistrate of Badayun, revealed that 34 people were confirmed dead in the incident, while 10 were reported injured.A bus from the Uttar Pradesh roadways and a mini-truck collided near the highway. SBP pulls out Rs35.95b under repurchase agreement
State Bank of Pakistan pulled out capital from the mini market for one day under the repurchase agreement on Thursday.
According to Karachi interbank market sources, the SBP has sold the treasury papers amounting to Rs35.95billion for one day. Interest rate on the sold papers is 11.10 percent.
Earlier, the dealers floated offers of Rs40.40 billion for repurchase agreement.

She sat on the board of directors of Wal-Mart and several other corporations.
In 1994 as First Lady of the United States, her major initiative, the Clinton health care plan, failed to gain approval from the U.S. Congress. However, in 1997 and 1999, Clinton played a role in advocating the creation of the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, the Adoption and Safe Families Act, and the Foster Care Independence Act. The scandal-bitten starlet, 23, has reportedly been secretly bumping pelvis all over Los Angeles with lndrani, a 36-year-old photographer the actress met during a photoshoot last fall.
It was Indrani (also known as Julia I. Pal-Chaudhuri) herself who dropped dime on Lohan’s latest lezzie love affair in a scoop to The New York Post on Tuesday.
The actress has been secretly seeing Indrani, real name Julia I. Pal-Chaudhur, since the women worked together on a photoshoot last autumn, reports the New York Post.
The 36 year old, who is half of the respected photography duo Markus Klinko and Indrani, is the second woman to be seriously linked to Lohan, 23 – who ended her tumultuous on/off relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson last year.
Indrani is coy about the rumours, telling the newspaper the pair has “been spending a lot of time together.” But she admits an attraction, adding: “I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot.”
And Klinko insists the couple is a good match: “Lindsay and Indrani have been seeing each other since we shot her last fall. I’ve seen them on dates, I have seen them making out… Indrani is a good influence on Lindsay. She is the opposite of a party girl – a Princeton graduate, she’s into art and is a philanthropist – not what you’d expect (of) the typical girl for Lindsay to go out with. When they are together, they talk about art and the deeper meaning in life.”
Indrani is not the first person Lohan has been romantically linked to since her split from Ronson – actors including Gerard Butler, “Entourage” star Kevin Connolly, Jason Segel, and French star Aurelien Wiik are among her most recent rumored suitors.

Road Accident in Jammu and Kashmir 20 killed
Jammu: At least 20 people were killed and 10 injured when the mini bus they were travelling in fell into the Chenab river in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir Monday morning, police said.
The accident occurred at about 9.00 am near Bandarkot village, about 240 km from here. Police said Army divers had started rescue operations.
