Zaheer Khan Might Miss the First Test Match

Indian fast bowler is having hamstring problem and it is possible that he may miss the first test match between India and South Africa. The first test between India and South Africa is starting from tomorrow on 16th December. Zaheer Khan has been the most consistent bowler for India for the last two or three years.
Indian captain MS Dhoni said that it is not confirm weather he will miss the first test match and the final decision of his inclusion in the team will be made at the time of finalization of team. Dhoni also said that Zaheer is the leading bowler of the team but they are fully focusing on the world cup and to make him 100% fit for the world cup is their main priority.
Ishant Sharma and rookie Abhimanyu Mithunwill share the bowling load on their shoulder after the injury of their premium bowler. Unadkat or Yadav will be the two debutant whoever gets the chance to play in the first test match. MS Dhoni said that the decision of inclusion of players will be made after some consultation with senior players.
India is schedule to play three test matches in South African tour and after winning from Australia and New Zealand they are feeling confident and they want to maintain this consistency before going to world cup 2011.

TAUNTON: Three Pakistan cricket players are facing a grilling over allegations they were involved in a betting scam, amid uncertainty over their role in the rest of the team’s tour of England.
Test captain Salman Butt and bowlers Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif have been summoned to London to meet Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ijaz Butt and Wajid Shamsul Hasan, Pakistan’s high commissioner to Britain.
As a result, the trio will miss Pakistan’s match on Thursday with county side Somerset in Taunton, a warm-up fixture before the side’s limited overs internationals against England.
Their role in those forthcoming matches remains unclear, but Ijaz Butt suggested he would continue to resist calls for the trio to be barred from appearing while the allegations are still being probed.
