It’s been three months since Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai had it’s release and did good business but the fire hasn’t died down yet. While Ekta Kapoor is looking at future projects, she is embroiled in a controversy involving her previous film.

It is said that a company called Movie Tee Vee Enterprises is taking Balaji Motion Pictures to court for using the remixed version of the song ‘Duniya Mein Logon Ko’ in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. The original song is from the Rajesh Khanna and Mumtaz starrer film Apna Desh (1972).

Balaji claims that they have taken the rights of the said song from Sa Re Ga Ma for remaking it; while on the other hand, Movie Tee Vee Enterprises claims that Sa Re Ga Ma cannot rightfully give the rights for a remix of the song, as they own the negative rights. Currently, Balaji’s legal department is looking into the issue.

Aamir in ‘Dhoom 3′?

ef769e5a04amirk1 Aamir in Dhoom 3?

Has Aditya Chopra roped in Aamir Khan for the third installment of DHOOM? Believe me, everyone’s keen to know the answer to this question. What makes it interesting is that Aamir has been approached for the villain’s role in DHOOM 3 and if one looks back, the negative character in the DHOOM series has always had the meatiest part. Recall John Abraham in DHOOM and Hrithik Roshan in DHOOM 2.

Another reason why an announcement like this would hit headlines instantly is because Aamir and Yash Raj have not worked again after FANAA and if DHOOM 3 happens, it would be, without doubt, the most awaited project to look forward to, since Aamir, Yash Raj and the super-successful brand [DHOOM] happens once in a lifetime.

Of course, Aamir is non-committal about it. He is neither confirming the development, nor denying it. But knowing Aamir he wouldn’t comment on it till everything is worked out to the minutest detail and perhaps, DHOOM 3 is still in the planning stages right now. Even the spokesperson from Yash Raj tells me that the scripting is not in place as of now, so the question of casting just doesn’t arise.
