Nicki Minaj talks a little about sophomore album

TrendPK.com: Nicki Minaj is making plans to start working on her sophomore album, but that doesn’t mean she wants to give away too many secrets.

Minaj revealed that she doesn’t plan on getting others as features on the album this time around, states MTV. However, she did reveal one person she might be working with in order to pull the whole project together.

“Roman … possibly. But I never give away all my secrets,” Minaj commented about her sophomore album.

The music video is directed by Diane Martel and features model Willy Monfret playing Minaj’s love interest. “The concept of the video is boy-and-girl relationship drama, you know, all of the intimate stuff as well as the fighting as well as the self-reflecting type stuff,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s basically just a love story told from the perspective of a very hard girl who doesn’t want to give in but she has to.”

Minaj is expected to include “Right Thru Me” in her debut album “Pink Friday” which is due November 22 in the United States. “The song to me is very, very personal. I haven’t spoken about an authentic relationship since I’ve come out, so this is my first time where I’m speaking about something very, very authentic that everyone in the world can relate to,” she stated.

Since they were the driving force at the head of Lil Wayne’s Young Money label movement, the female MC Nicki Minaj received their fair share of criticism. From her voluptuous backside of the silly faces she does in music videos for her Barbie-style Nicki’ve heard everything.

“Nicki Minaj is a good attention grabber,” says Gloria. “She has the right team behind her, it is because if someone else would have put her out or she thought to herself, it would not pop off at all.”

The new Young Money album is out December 21st, so Nicki encouraged fans to pick up the “classic” album.
