MUMBAI : The wedding bells for Rani Mukerji and her beau Aditya Chopra might ring sooner than you think! After facing years of animosity and cold vibes from the Chopra clan, the stunner has found the blessings and approval of her lover’s parents Yash and Pamela Chopra.
Beaming with joy at the reconciliation, Rani seems to have finally crossed the last hurdle on her way to a ‘happy ever after’.
Even though papa Yash Chopra had made his peace with his son’s choice long ago, his mother Pamela was much averse to their union. But things seem to have changed for good as at a recent award function Rani was seen exchanging warm greetings with the senior Chopras.
The actress sure seemed relieved with the latest development as sources state that it was Pam’s resistance towards the beauty that was acting as a hurdle to Aditya and Rani’s marriage.
As for Aditya’s ex-wife Payal, a source says, “Payal still frequently visits YRF Studios. She and Aditya are on talking terms. Yash and Pam still love her very much. Ab bahut time ho gaya hai, things settle down with the passage of time.”
Well if not for her movies, Rani Mukerji sure has enough reason to celebrate for this ‘family’ development.

Brad and Angelina to Skip Golden Globes, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will not be attending the Golden Globes.
Reports claimed Hollywood’s golden couples are avoiding the awards ceremony because Pitt is not nominated for his role in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds. Other rumours suggested they do not want to risk running into Pitt’s ex-wife, actress Jennifer Aniston. She is expected to appear at the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday.
