Sarah Jane Dias shoots for Pepsi commercial with Ranbir Kapoor
She’s playing a good game ever as she is set to make her debut with Abhishek Bachchan starrer Game, and even before her first film is out in the theatres worldwide, she has already shot with her second co-star Ranbir Kapoor.

You heard! Sara Jane Dias tells me, “I just shot a commercial with Ranbir Kapoor a few days ago for Pepsi and he again, like Abhishek Bachchan, is so down to earth and a great guy.”
Yes, she has shot a commercial with Ranbir Kapoor but that ain’t a bad start either. I mean, to be paired opposite India’s best and current heart-throb is an achievement for a newcomer like Sara.
She further adds, “Despite the fact that he is from a filmy royalty, he is really well read and well spoken. He knows how to hold a conversation and it’s nice to be able to meet people like Ranbir Kapoor because it’s only when you meet such people you come to know that they are normal.”
So impressed with Ranbir’s professionalism, she said, “He is a thorough professional. He comes on the sets, does his work and then leaves the moment the shoot is over. No more time to loiter around.”
She ends the talk but not before confessing her favourite Ranbir Kapoor film. “I loved him in Raajneeti and Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani.”
Yeh hi hai right choice baby! Aha!
John Abraham to endorse Van Heusen?

The very name of John Abraham is someone, with whom we can always associate ‘style’, ‘elan’ and ‘poise’. It is the same John Abraham with whom the brands can be associated by a ton. A few names that can be rattled include the likes of Pepsi, Garnier, Yamaha etc.
We are sure that the following news will surely take everyone by surprise. Bollywood Hungama’s ever-so-reliable sources told us that this hunk is now all set to endorse the clothing brand Van Heusen VDot. The source also added that the ad will be most likely shot either in the second or third week of May.
While repeated attempts to establish contacts with the John remained futile, we have to confess that we simply can’t wait to see John, the hunk in action with this brand!

Beckenbauer hopes for Hamburg dream final
Having seen FC Bayern München take a big step towards a European final, Franz Beckenbauer hopes that another former club, Hamburger SV, can achieve more of the same tonight. Franz Beckenbauer may be an FC Bayern München man to the core but the German football great has a soft spot for Hamburger SV – and says it would be “a dream” for them to reach this season’s UEFA Europa League final on home soil.
‘Der Kaiser’ spent two years with HSV after moving back to Germany from New York Cosmos and helped them win the 1981/82 Bundesliga in his final campaign before a valedictory season with the Cosmos.
Hence he is hoping Bruno Labbadia’s charges can achieve their goal of participating in the inaugural UEFA Europa League final at their own Hamburg Arena on 12 May. “HSV are one of the best teams we have in Germany,” Beckenbauer told UEFA.com at last month’s UEFA Congress in Tel Aviv.
“Fate has decreed that the final of the Europa League will take place in Hamburg, and it would be a dream if HSV could reach the final. It is possible – of course it is possible, the draw has made it possible – but it will definitely be very difficult.”
Beckenbauer is now honorary president of Bayern and watched his side defeat Olympique Lyonnais 1-0 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final last night. A similar result against Fulham FC tonight would also put HSV in the box seat ahead of next week’s return match in London.
YOUNGISTAN KA WOW!
Pepsi Youngistan | Youngistaan | Pepsi Egypt | Pub Pepsi | Lequipe

Critics of the ad was not satisfied with the advertising, “Youngistan Ka WOW” with Ranbir Kapoor was shown to formulate indigenous ways to drink Pepsi. They called it as a dry commercially, but critics have condemned the ad caught on like wild fire and as a follow-up at one of the most expensive commercial ever made in Indian advertising history will be aired on Pepsi. An amount of Rs. 35 crore has been spent on an ad where a lot of commercial movies could have been released, but in the game for the eyes, who cares?
For a change in the new Pepsi commercial is Sanjay Dutt, who makes his debut in a Coke commercial for the first time, his choice seems to be guided by the role he played in happiness, to be master of manipulation, people take to the SAC as that he could take the eyes of advertisers and make money. The new Pepsi commercial seems to draw its inspiration from the happiness that the audience becomes involved in the ad. Someone from the audience would give the successful key to Ranbir Kapoor to resolve the Rubicon, and he would be rewarded with the price of installation in a part of the puzzle.
Thanks to Big Boss, for the first time the video will also appear on the same commercial and he plays the role of assistant to Sanjay Dutt. One thing is still unsure about the whole concept. It refers to dress and attire that has been given to Sanjay Dutt, he seems to be grotesque and the balloon up. Whether fans want this type of Sanjay Dutt in an ad campaign is one million U.S. dollars question.
For Ranbir Kapoor is truly a monumental achievement that he is the first star Sanjay Dutt to appear in a commercial made for a price of Rs. 35 crore. The only problem that could be fallout from this announcement will be on Ranbir Kapoor has the same valuation, if he appears in another ad. It can be seen in context. The IPL, which is the catalytic factor in making such an ad and release it in parts, so that the audience is glued to it. Whatever it is, Ranbir Kapoor actually rocks.

Imogen Lloyd Webber, The day he graduated from Cambridge with a first-class title should have been a joyous occasion for Imogen Lloyd Webber.
“It was just one more day of having no energy and feel completely exhausted,” recalls the 32-year-old daughter of theater impresario Andrew Lloyd Webber.
“For months, had been living on cans of Pepsi Max to keep going because I could barely get out of bed in the morning. That could not work out what was wrong, why at 22 I felt like this.”
Was also continually lie to mourn for no apparent reason. “I attribute it to work very hard for my final university – I’m not particularly brilliant, and I was under pressure to do well.”
Then she started putting on weight. After months of working as a freelance journalist, Imogen had taken a job with a television station in the U.S. and moved to New York.
“Despite the fact that they always run around eating a lot, I was getting heavy. I’ve always been chubby, framing my 5 feet 3 inches, but the moment I started working on was a size 14, instead of eight or ten that should have been. Carrying all that extra weight does not really suit me.
Feeling tired and perplexed by her weight gain, Imogen saw his doctor. Blood tests confirmed she had hypothyroidism, an underactive thyroid.
It is believed that up to one million people in the UK have hypothyroidism, explains Mark Vanderpump, consultant endocrinologist at the Royal Free Hospital in London, with women ten times more likely to than men. However, some do not realize that this is what they have, he adds, because they make your symptoms by lifestyle.

According to the magazine, Singh earned $5.5 million while Dravid and Ganguly raked in $5 million and $3.5 million, respectively. Ponting also earned $3.5 million.

Shah Rukh Khan, Now ambassador for Colgate

MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan, Now ambassador for Colgate, The advertisement fraternity does not seem to believe in the maxim that the hit pair of the silver screen needs to be drafted in pair for the endorsement of a product. So, the hit pair of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, one of the most romantic pairs of all times, would now be facing each other in endorsing a product. Shah Rukh Khan would be the new brand ambassador for Colgate Dental products, while Kajol is the brand ambassador for Anchor White.
It would be interesting face-off between the fans of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol as they still have legendary fan following and when they would be endorsing dental products of the rival brands, it would indeed be an interesting battle that would pan out. Probably taking a cue from the fact that celebrity pairs should be roped in as pairs, Airtel decided to use Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor together in series of advertisements that are being aired on various television channels these days.
If one were to go into the history of pairing for endorsement of a brand, the history does not have a rich antiquity. Among the celebrity pairs that have figured in the past include Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone for Pepsi, and before them Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora for a coffee chain. The most successful pairing however is that of Bipasha Basu and John Abraham, but it has also been now broken up, as in the new series of Reebok advertisements it is the Indian captain, MS Dhoni who now features along with Bipasha Basu. Other pair that features on a regular basis in new campaigns is that of Ajay Devgan and Kajol, though it has not been able to enlarge its ambit, as the pairing has been used only to promote Whirlpool brand of white goods.
The concept of pairing may not have gained ground on account of the controversy that emanated with the first such campaign, that between Milind Soman and Madhu Sapre. The synergy of pairs endorsing a brand from that time onwards has been only in fits and starts and it does not follow a smooth upward curve increasing more in its ambit on a regular basis.
Interestingly enough a pairing that has been a hit was that between Aamir Khan and Darsheel after TAARE ZAMEEN PAR, and it is one of the rare advertisements where Aamir Khan appears in a pair with Darsheel, a male-male combination. This pairing has got a much larger acceptability manifest from the number of additional brands that they are endorsing. Salman Khan has also appeared for the first time in a pair along with brother Sohail Khan in Chloromint advertisement.
One only wonders whether somebody from the advertisement fraternity would do some out of the box thinking and think of featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan as the new pair endorsing a product.
