Sanjay Dutt to make small screen debut
After the Khans and various other Bollywood celebs, it’s time for Sanjay Dutt to make his presence felt on the small screen. Sanju Baba will soon be hosting a new show on TV.

trendpk.com has learnt that despite earlier rumours that Dutt would be replacing Salman on the popular show ‘Dus Ka Dum’, the fact is that he be hosting a brand new show. However, details about the show are still a bit sketchy.
Confirming this Sanjay’s spokesperson says, “Yes Sanjay, will soon be seen on the small screen but right now I cannot give out much details as we are still in talks with a couple of channels. Besides this, we have not yet locked in on the show, as that aspect of the deal is also being worked upon.”
Imran Khan and Karan Johar join hands once again after IHLS

After the encouraging and positive response to his latest release I Hate LUV Storys, Imran Khan is back in business. The actor has finally found that one hit that was eluding him for a while now and it has come courtesy this rom-com from the Dharma Productions banner.
Even as I Hate LUV Storys continues to run to packed houses, Karan Johar has already gone ahead and signed Imran for yet another film. The film in question will be directed by debutant director Shakun Batra who has worked as an assistant director on films like Rock On and Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na. Meanwhile, the buzz is that Kareena Kapoor may come on board as the female lead for this project. If that happens then it will indeed be a casting coup of sorts.
Imran, who has always confessed to being a huge fan of Bebo, will surely be super excited at the prospect of working with her that too in a Karan Johar production. Let’s hope this one gets rolling soon.
Shraddha Kapoor bags 3 film deal with Yash Raj Films

Her debut film Teen Patti may have bombed at the Box Office but that hasn’t deterred Shraddha Kapoor one bit. The pretty looking daughter of veteran villain Shakti Kapoor has apparently been signed by none other than Yash Raj Films and that too for a 3 film contract.
While details of the projects are yet to be confirmed, this one is surely a big deal for Shraddha Kapoor who is all set to make her presence felt in the big, bad world of Bollywood.

Irene Kng, Jack Neo’s wife, Madam Irene Kng, 46, told Zaobao that the whole family has moved out of their Pasir Ris semi-detached home and is staying temporarily at another place, leaving the maid to look after their home. She would not disclose details of her current location.
News of Neo’s affair with a 22-year-old Wendy Chong first broke on Saturday in the Chinese evening daily Lianhe Wanbao after the mistress showed up at Neo’s house on Friday, demanding to see his wife. All three later headed to Changi Airport’s Crowne Plaza Hotel for a talk. The meeting reportedly stretched over four hours. Chong’s father and sister later joined the group, as did Neo’s pastor, church friend and manager.
Since then, reporters have been staking outside Neo’s house, upsetting neighbours who called the police to chase the media pack away.
Madam Kng has remained calm in the face of the scandal, telling Zaobao that the four children will attend school as usual on Monday. ‘This is the ad-ults’ business. The children must carry on with their lives,’ she said.
Foreign Minister George Yeo, who is acquainted with Neo, has also called for support for the film director’s family.
In a blog entry, Mr Yeo revealed that before the affair surfaced in the press, Neo had personally called him to inform him about it. The minister added that Madam Kng was with Neo at the time of the phone call, and he had asked to speak with her.
Mr Yeo also called on the public to be supportive of the Neo family, so that they can get through this difficult period.
Kangna Ranaut Racing Ahead

Kangna Ranaut’s movie journey is only three years old. But with a National Award already in her kitty, it looks like a promising ride ahead

Did you ever expect to get a National Award so early in your career?
I have got an award every year ever since I made my debut. But, yes the National Award was a surprise and an honour. I will always cherish it.
Is there any person to whom you would like to dedicate your award?
It would definitely be the makers of my first film, Gangster, because were it not for that film I would not have been here. Giving a break to a small-town girl with no background of films or experience was a big risk, and I am grateful to them for that.
For the first time you will be seen shaking a leg in two films, No Problem and Tanu Weds Manu. Did you enjoy matching steps with your choreographers?
In No Problem I actually danced in a saree to this very peppy Punjabi number composed by Pritam. It was more of wriggling hips like Shakira than matching steps, but thanks to choreographer Chinni Prakash I managed quite well. In Tanu Weds Manu Saroj Khan made me do the typical Bollywood jhatkas and matkas. It was fun. It will also be the first time that I will be seen in an all-Indian look in a film wherein I wear mostly kurtis and mojris.
Both No Problem and Tanu are comedies. What do you have to say to your new avatar, that of a romantic comedienne?
I know I started off with doing dark, intense roles that received critical acclaim. But an actor has to move on. I had a great time doing the light-hearted films. It brought out a side that even I did not know I had! Thanks to director Anees Bazmee and Aanand Rai.
Are you enjoying playing a cop in Crooked?
It was destined that I do the film. I had declined the film earlier because of date problems but because of a change in schedule in the shoot it came back to me. I have just started shooting for it…. Yes, it looks as if I am going to enjoy being on the other side of the law.
At what stage of production is your film Actor with Amitabh Bachchan?
I believe that the makers are trying to sort out Amitabh Bachchan’s dates. Once that is done, we start shooting.
Is it true that you have no scenes with Sanjay Dutt in Sohail Maklai’s Knockout?
Yes that’s true. Knockout is a political drama and Sanjay plays a man who takes on the political system from within. I may not have any scenes with him but at I am happy being part of a very intense film.
Your character in Milan Luthria’s Once Upon A Time In Mumbai also sounds interesting.
A lot of thinking went into creating this character of an actress, who is a don’s girlfriend. She is very glamorous and influenced by Western fashion. So I wanted to create a look which is western, but suits someone Indian. It is an intriguing mix of Audrey Hepburn’s, Sophia Loren’s, Asha Parekh’s and Sadhana’s styles. There are a lot of high-waist narrow trousers and scarves. It’s a ‘70s look without being comical.
Is there any style you would like to bring back from the 70s?
Skirts! The kinds worn then were very feminine, practical and elegant. I would like to see more girls wearing them.
Are you anxious that you are not seen in the publicity of Kites?
I have a guest appearance in the film, and it is up to the producers how they want to project me. There is nothing to be anxious about.
Megan Fox Can Not Dress up Like Rihanna

LOS ANGELES: Hollywood siren Megan Fox does not like wearing attention-seeking clothes while going out as she hates people recognising her.

The Transformers beauty, who is regarded as one of the world’s sexiest women insists she can’t don “interesting” outfits, Contactmusic reported.
“If you wear anything interesting, you become instantly noticeable. I have this gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana white trench coat for winter, but I can’t wear it without drawing attention to myself. And I try to hide. I want to be unseen,” Fox said.
The 23-year-old star admits that she is a big fan of singer of Rated-R superstar Rihanna but could not dare to dress-up like that.
“It would be nice to be like Rihanna and go to Burger King in six-inch heels and a mini-dress. It’s admirable. But I don’t have the motivation. I have lots of casual clothes and one side of my wardrobe is oddly grown up: pencil skirts and Prada turtlenecks for when, once in a while, I feel like going in that direction,” Fox said.
