Lynn Redgrave, the theater, film and television actress and scion of the Redgrave acting clan, has died. She was 67. The death was confirmed by her publicist, Rick Miramontez, who said that Ms. Redgrave died Sunday night at her home in Kent, Conn. A cause of death was not immediately given.

Ms. Redgrave, the daughter of Sir Michael Redgrave and sister of Vanessa Redgrave, recently presented her autobiographical one-woman show “Nightingale” at the Manhattan Theater Club. In an interview with The New York Times she said that the piece had come to her in the clarity she found after undergoing a mastectomy and chemotherapy for breast cancer in 2003. During preparations for the show Ms. Redgrave said she had undergone treatment at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and that her cancer was Stage IV, meaning that it had spread to other organs.

Gerald Imes, brother of Mo’Nique, admits he molested her as a child, wants to apologize

CHICAGO — The brother of Oscar winner Mo’Nique said Monday on Oprah Winfrey’s talk show that he molested the actress when they were children and he wants to apologize to her.

Gerald Imes said on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” that the molestation continued for a year or two, starting when he was 13 and Mo’Nique was 7 or 8.

“I abused and betrayed the trust of another sibling, my sister, my blood sister,” Imes said. He apologized to the actress, saying “I’m sorry, Mo’Nique. I’m sorry.”

Imes said he decided to appear on Winfrey’s show to apologize to Mo’Nique and bring their family back together. Imes said he himself was molested and he was using drugs and alcohol at age 11.

“Hopefully somewhere, somehow as siblings we can come back together as brother and sister,” he said.

Mo’Nique has discussed her brother’s molestation in previous interviews. She hasn’t responded to a request for comment sent to her publicist. Winfrey said Mo’Nique didn’t want to be a part of the interview but gave Winfrey her blessing.

“She said if your expressing what you had done to her could save one family then it would be worth it,” Winfrey told Imes. Mo’Nique’s parents also appeared on the episode.

“It was such a heartbreaking thing to accept,” said her mother, Alice Imes.

Mo’Nique received the supporting actress Academy Award in March for her role in “Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire.”

Michael Blosil apparently jumped to his death on Friday Night at a Los Angeles apartment building.  Marie Osmond’s son death has been a shock to the Osmond Family.

Marie Osmond has a total of seven children with music producer Brian Blosil, 5 of which are adopted.

Michael Blosil was Marie Osmonds Son thru adoption.  Marie Osmonds son had been in rehab in 2007 for an unspecified ailment and was rumored to suffer from depression in the past.

Michael Blosil was found dead on the ground below an apartment balcony last light in Los Angeles.

It appears Michael Blosil died of an apparent suicide per the Los Angeles Police Department.

Marie Osmond was rumored to have attempted suicide in 2006 while her publicist insisted it was a reaction to medication.

In late 2009 tabloids pointed to Marie Osmond as a possible plastic surgery patient after photos of Osmond suggested many obvious changes in her appearance.

MUMBAI: Gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan refused to take part in a reality show, Dance Premier League due to tight packed schedule. She has number of films lined up for release and has no time for reality shows.

Her publicist informed that Ash has declined reality show not for money issue but due to hectic schedule.

“A recent news story issued by a channel suggested Aishwarya Rai was ousted by Madhuri Dixit for one of their reality shows, citing money as an issue. Soulja Boy Arrested

Soulja Boy Arrested, Police say rapper Soulja Boy was charged with obstruction after telling officers that people gathered at an abandoned Georgia house were shooting a music video.

Henry County Police Capt. Jason Bolton said Friday that when officers arrived Wednesday night to investigate complaints, almost half of the 40 people assembled fled by foot. Later, a man identified as DeAndre Cortez Way, Soulja Boy’s real name, returned and said the group was shooting a video.

Way was charged with obstruction and bonded out of the Henry County jail on Thursday. A telephone call to his publicist was not immediately returned.

Jewell was apparently involved in “an altercation in the parking lot” of The Body Tap Club in Atlanta “and received a severe blow to the head,” according to Atlanta Police.

Police say that “we have developed a person of interest and we’ve made contact with him to question him about the incident.”
