Sunny Deol’s son joins Rahul Rawail’s acting school

Sunny Deol and Rahul Rawail go back a long way. Way back in 1983, Dharmendra asked Rahul Rawail to launch Sunny Deol in a film that eventually shaped into a blockbuster called Betaab.

Today in the year 2010, Sunny’s 19-year old son Karan Deol has enrolled in Rahul Rawail’s acting school.

Confirming this Rawail says, “Yes, I’ve just started my acting school. It’s the first Indian branch of the world-famous Stella Adler Studio Of Acting. And Sunny’s son Karan is my first student.”

Stella Adler’s school in New York is named after Marlon Brando’s first acting teacher. It’s the world’s most well-known acting school having trained many Hollywood legends such as Anthony Quinn, Warren Beatty and Candice Bergen.

Says Rahul, “As proud as I am of having got the franchise for the Stella Adler Studio Of Acting, I am even prouder that Sunny’s son is my first student. I see a sense of continuity there.”

Mahesh Bhatt’s son to be launched in Jism 2?

Mahesh Bhatt’s shy son Rahul Bhatt is shy no more. Lately he has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. If all had gone well, Mahesh Bhatt would’ve launched his boy in Suicide Bomber which the former Bhatt protégé Anurag Basu promised to direct as Rahul’s launch pad.

A promise that the Bhatts are still waiting for Basu to fulfil. But now, the impatient Bhatt scion seems to have lost the will to wait. His decision to go into the Bigg Boss house at this stage of his life has apparently caused Mahesh great concern.

Mahesh was planning to finally launch Sunny-boy in the sequel to Jism. But Rahul is now on a rebellious trip. He turned down his dad’s offer for a belated launch in Jism 2 instead of Suicide Bomber and chose to go into Bigg Boss which many of well-wishers of the Bhatts feel is more suicidal than the Suicide Bomber.

Now we suddenly hear Rahul making abrasive remarks like, “Mahesh Bhatt and Headley are the two monkeys on my back” and… “Shweta Tiwari is line-maroing on me (inside Bigg Boss House).And I don’t like it.”

Mahesh Bhatt stands by his son’s comment. “Rahul is being brutally honest. He has the guts to see and say things as they are.”

Mahesh admits Rahul is up for Jism 2. “But Rahul has made his choice. He has chosen Bigg Boss.”

The concerned but non-interfering father still feels Suicide Bomber would be the best launch for Rahul. “Our doors are open for Anurag Basu to come and pick up the threads from where he left off. But now Suicide Bomber will have a global perspective. Three years ago, Rahul said no to Kalyug when I offered it to him. Now he has opted for Bigg Boss instead of Jism 2. When I asked him why he said, ‘Let me stand or fall on my own feet.’ He didn’t want to put his life on hold for a film launch.’

Then Mahesh drops his bomb. “Get this straight. It is not in human power to make a bud blossom. A touch of life makes the flower bloom and spread its wings. Sometimes it’s best to let a flower go wild. Life is the best gardener.”

Hidden in the rhetoric’s is a message for Rahul’s son.

Randhir and Aditya Raj Kapoor star in Rahul Dholakia’s Society

The offspring of the legendary Kapoor family are soon to be seen in a film that is titled Society quite befittingly. This Rahul Dholakia film will have Randhir Kapoor and Aditya Raj Kapoor, grandchildren of Prithviraj Kapoor, doing a small cameo. This will be the first time that these two Kapoors will be seen together in the same frame.

Even Dimple Kapadia will be seen in the film doing a special appearance. Talking about the scene that was shot recently, Aditya Raj Kapoor says, “I am playing an art collector who has thrown a party to showcase my art and Dimple and Randhir, who play a couple in the film, too are invited. But they think of playing a prank on me and try to sell me a book of Kamasutra. They are trying to fool me. It was extremely fun shoot and we enjoyed a lot doing it.” Well this sure must be a fun film to watch.

Rahul, Dimpy’s Marriage won’t last long: Rakhi Sawant

Mumbai: While Rakhi Sawant herself was once notably excited about tying the knot on TV through the first season of swayamwar, the drama queen is now unusually perturbed at newly-wed Rahul Mahajan’s wedding on camera.
Rakhi says, “How can one marry by choosing his or her soul mate through a public voting system?” In spite of the fact that she herself got engaged to Elesh Parujanwala in the last season of the same TV series that Rahul participated in, Rakhi now looks visibly annoyed by Rahul’s decision of getting married on the reality show.
“It is really difficult to choose a life partner through a public poll. I thought of only getting engaged with Elesh instead of marrying him so that I could get more time to decide. But as time passed, I started feeling that he was not the right person for me. He just wanted to marry me because he wanted be part of my glamorous life. Things got so bad that now I really hate him,” clarifies Rakhi.
Not just that, talking about Rahul’s wife Dimpy, Rakhi said, “Dimpy bali ka bakra ban gayi hai. There is a huge age difference between Rahul and Dimpy. I am sure that this will lead to differences between them. Also Rahul’s temperament is very volatile and everyone cannot tolerate that. In fact, Rahul should have thought twice before marrying Dimpy because of these reasons. Very soon, you all get to hear that Rahul aur Dimpy ka separation ho gaya hai.

Dimpy Ganguly Hot Pictures, The last episode of Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayenga TV show invloving Rahul Mahajan was telecasted Live on NDTV Imagine tonight at 9pm.

The wedding will take place in a luxurious hotel in Mumbai where celebrities will grace the occasion to shower their blessings on the couple.

Ace designers Vikram Phadnis, Neeta Lulla and Ashley Rebello will dress up Rahul’s brides-to-be.

Three girls were in the final round to marry Rahul , The final was between Harpreet Chhabra, Dimpy Ganguly and Nikunj Malik.

The other  contestants  have been eliminated.

Rahul’s casting is being seen as a coup that should help NDTV Imagine repeat the runaway success of ‘Rakhi Ka Swayamvar’.

Rahul Mahajan Wedding Photos, As we predicted earlier Rahul Mahajan exchanged wedding vows with Kolkata-based model Dimpy Ganguly on Imagine TV’s reality show Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.

Rahul presented a heart shaped solitaire ring to Dimpy before solemnising their love and taking their wedding vows.

Dimpy’s wedding ensemble was created designer Neeta Lulla.

Rahul reiterated his promise of ‘Swayamvar nahi Shaadi’ by taking the Saat Pheras with his bride in the presence of their family and friends at a ceremony at Hotel Leela Kempinski in Mumbai.

The overjoyed Rahul said, “I am very happy today. I have found the perfect woman to spend the rest of my life with and together we took our first step in this new phase of our lives in the presence of the people we love and respect the most.”

“I feel on the top of the world. Today I am the luckiest and the happiest girl in this world. We seek everyone’s blessings to lead a happy and successful married life,” said the bride Dimpy.

After edging past 14 prospective brides Nikunj, Dimpy and Harpreet were the top three contenders vying to become Rahul’s wife.

The contestants had done their bit to impress Rahul – they cooked him a meal, wooed him with love letters and took care of kids.

Sehwag falls short of 3rd 300

Sehwag had fallen agonizingly short of a slew of world records when he scooped a simple return catch to Muttiah Muralidaran off his own bowling.

Sehwag, who went into the day needing just 16 more to become first ever cricketer in Test cricket’s more than a century old history to score three triple hundreds, fell for 293 runs in just the day’s 4th over, much to the disappointment of not only the packed Brabourne Stadium audience, but also millions of Indian cricket fans around the world.

Sehwag had recorded the second fastest double hundred and the fastest 250 during his 239 ball, unbeaten 284 runs yesterday, lasting 254 balls for his masterpiece that was laced with 40 boisterous boundaries and 7 sixes.
